I’ve been here before many times — preparing for attempting to eat healthier, to be healthier. I know that Sounds convoluted to be ‘preparing for attempting.’ But it also seems more realistic than writing ‘tomorrow I will eat better and move more and be mindful of my eating and respectful of my body.’ So many chances for better nutrition and losing weight have slipped through my fingers in the past.
How much do I weigh? I’m not really prepared to share that with you or myself. Since I’m wearing larger clothes than I’ve ever worn before in my life (waist 56 inches, shirt size 5X), I’m guessing that I’d weigh in around 425 pounds. Somehow, in the last ten years, I drifted into circus sideshow territory.
